To create this new branch for Montecito Bank & Trust required conversion of a medical clinic into a warm and welcoming branch with a strong focus on the customer. The transformation for this 3,000 square foot building included renovation of the exterior, refurbishment of the landscape plantings and redesign of the interiors to provide a full service branch. 

The richness of the custom curved wood teller line with the wood ceiling panels above form the heart of this new branch. This branch also included a generous customer waiting area adjacent to the platform and on-line banking stations. The design for this branch was developed with an eye towards creating a new set of standards for future branches.
